Terms of Sale

Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of Bossmetics subscription plans by beauty professionals ("you", "the Professional") from Bossmetics ("we", "us"). By subscribing to a Bossmetics plan, you agree to these Terms of Sale in addition to our Terms of Use.
Subscription Plans
Bossmetics offers three subscription tiers:
Starter: Designed for solo professionals and freelancers. Includes core modules (booking, client management, payments, messaging, forms). 1 staff member, 1 location.
Professional: For growing businesses. Includes all Starter modules plus staff operations, inventory, analytics, loyalty, and promotions. Up to 10 staff members, 3 locations.
Enterprise: For multi-location businesses. Includes all Professional modules plus multi-location management and marketplace discovery. Unlimited staff and locations.
Current prices are displayed on our pricing page at bossmetics.com/pricing. All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT.
Free Trial
All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. No payment method is required to start a trial.
At the end of the trial, your access will be limited unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No charges will be made automatically at the end of the trial period.
Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.
Payment methods: We accept all major credit cards, SEPA direct debit, and bank transfers (annual plans only). Payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
Billing cycle: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Annual billing: Annual plans are billed as a single payment for 12 months. Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
VAT: Prices displayed may be subject to applicable VAT depending on your country of residence. VAT will be calculated and shown before payment confirmation.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account status will change to "past due" and access to certain features may be restricted until payment is resolved.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your account settings.
Upgrades: Take effect immediately. The price difference for the remaining billing period is charged pro-rata.
Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until the period expires.
When changing plans, module entitlements are automatically updated to match the new plan's included features.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation timing: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining period.
After cancellation: Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan, access continues until the end of the 12-month period. No pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to hello@bossmetics.com. We will refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.
By starting to use the service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.
Prices and Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will:
• Be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email
• Take effect at the start of the next billing period
• Not affect the current billing period
If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except:
• During the 14-day right of withdrawal period (EU consumers)
• In cases of significant service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours
• Where required by applicable law
Refund requests should be sent to hello@bossmetics.com within 30 days of the event.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Bossmetics platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Bossmetics is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your jurisdiction], unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
