Our Story
Bossmetics was created by Fanny Kananga Kumande, a certified PMU and eyelashes artist based in Germany. She knows firsthand how overwhelming it can be to manage a beauty business — especially in the beginning. Too many disconnected tools, too little control, too much compromise.
She built Bossmetics with one vision: to give cosmetic entrepreneurs the autonomy they deserve. Not just big salons — but solo entrepreneurs and beginners too. One platform, zero commission, complete independence. Because you run things.
